Hotel has great location. Three minute walk to Piazza Navona. Able to walk everywhere. Very quite street. Staff very accomodating. Breakfast was way above average. Toiletries and slippers provided. Needs some decorating co-ordination, but can be overlooked as it is a lot of value for a big city stay.
Great location. Not so hectic fast pace. Wonderful staff. Lovely rooms.Very crisp and neat bed linens Great breakfast. Close to Campo dei Fiori which has very good restaurants.
Our bed needed to upgrade their mattresses. It seemed very old and not quite up to par .
Great location, clean rooms and a friendly and gelpful staff!
The friendly, smiling and helpful staff. The bed in our double room (410) was huge, the mattress firm but very comfortable and we slept extremely well on it. Everything was spotless and everything we needed was provided, space in the mini bar to keep our own things cool, toiletries in the bathroom and a working in room safe. Breakfast pleasant and plentiful and available for a long period, the hot food a little unusual but perhaps that’s my ignorance? Location perfect. In a very quiet street within a few minutes pleasant easy walking to Travestere for excellent and less of a rip off restaurants and all the main attractions.
Would have preferred a bath but this is not a complaint because it was never offered.
The staff were lovely and the location was superb. The breakfast was very nice and the experience was
Warm, well located and charming hotel. Paolo, the front desk guy was absolutely kind, gentle and helpful!
The personnel was very polite and eager to help. The room (apart for the first night) was excellent. The hotel has an excellent position for site seeing especially if the customer is willing to walk around the city: how else can one see Rome? :)
Excellent location, very kind and helpful staff, great breakfast, very nice and clean rooms. Highly reccmended!
Veri friendly and nice staff, excellent location, no traffic sounds, nice room, quiet place in the middle of the town (witch is also impossible in city of Rome).
The price, location, and staff were all terrific. The rooms are a bit tired, and while it might be perfect for a budget traveller, we wouldn't return.
Rooms were tired.
Very good location, but facilities are a bit old.
The toilet did not flush.
Friendly staff, Excellent buffet breakfast, Great location near Campo di Fiori , lots of restaurants nearby and a good base for sightseeing. Room was small which is typical of Rome but immaculate....my only complaint is that being October the Air Con was turned off which made the room very warm at night time and difficult to sleep. Opening the window was the only option but was often noisy outside...traffic, neighbours, usual city noise which I couldn't hear with the window closed. Asked reception if I could have the Air con switched on but said they couldn't and they advised me to open the window. Not really what I expected from a 4 star hotel.
Paolo & Francesca at the front desk were extremely helpful and pleasant. They were very willing to help arranging our 5:15am Taxi to the airport and to print out our boarding passes for our departure back the States. The hotel is centrally located next to the Campo dei Fiori, yet down a quite one-way street. It was a short walk over one of Rome's many bridges that span the Tiber to Trastever. This was excellent for my wife and I since we like to get away from the tourist areas after a day of site seeing. Breakfast was eclectic and had something for everyone. Finally, our room was very clean and had everything we required.
I found all the staff very helpfull and friendly, the location of the hotel was quiet, and in the same time in the middle of everything. The breakfast was delightfull, and the waiting staff as well. A superb stay.
No, the hotel is a good standard, and I will happily return.
